Hello, I am an F1 student on OPT STEM which will expire in FEBRUARY 1st week. My employer said he will be taking care of all the documents needed to reply. My current employer filed my H1B for which I have recevied a RFE asking for lot of documents. However, the employee can be aware of an RFE by checking online USCIS case status with the H-1B case receipt number sent to the employer (or more likely the attorney-on-record) and motivate the employer into providing company documents in response, and if applicable supplement with his or her own documents (typically education or employment experience, or pertaining to maintenance of visa status). BUT in RFE it is mentioned I should be providing all the pay checks from my initial OPT date to H1B petition date. No CPT, No OPT. I receive notice of RFE from my attorney . But i got a RFE on my B1/B2 to F1 for more evidence and my B2 extension that was granted expires on 05/17/2020(which is next month) now once i respond to the query it takes days but my status for B2 will expire so do i have to leave the country or i can file another extension for b2 until they don't reply on my query .
